A 50% non refundable deposit is required when you reserve your accommodation. If you must cancel reservation, we will refund the deposit, less a 10% administration charge, provided that we are able to book the cancellation. Cancellations that occur within 14 days of check in date or during your stay are subject to the full room charge. There will be no refund on a partial cancellation.
